Eva Katheder Joins NEON EQUITY’s Supervisory Board

Frankfurt, August 27, 2024 – NEON EQUITY AG (ISIN: DE000A3DW408) announced the appointment of Eva Katheder to its Supervisory Board. This decision, made by the Frankfurt District Court, follows the resignation of Prof. Dr. Karl-Georg Loritz due to personal reasons.

Eva Katheder brings extensive experience in private equity and venture capital. She has held management roles at DIH Deutsche Industrie Holding GmbH and Tengelmann, overseeing strategic planning, controlling, and market research. As Managing Director of DIH /HMD Investco S.à.r.l., Luxembourg, she was responsible for corporate development and M&A projects.

Katheder is also part of several other supervisory boards, focusing on green energy and digitalization. Her expertise is expected to be a significant asset for NEON EQUITY’s growth and strategic initiatives.
