Eventus WholeHealth Acquires Premier Geriatric Solutions to Expand Healthcare Services

Eventus WholeHealth, a provider of healthcare in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, has announced its acquisition of Premier Geriatric Solutions, a leader in value-based geriatric care. This acquisition aims to expand Eventus's reach and capabilities in Virginia, West Virginia, and North Carolina.

The combined network will feature over 800 healthcare professionals and aims to serve over 44,000 patients in long-term care settings. This merger positions Eventus as the largest integrated provider of value-based care in these regions.

Premier's founder, Dr. Bradley Goad, will join Eventus as the Chief Medical Officer, continuing his influential work in geriatric care. The integration under the Eventus umbrella is expected to foster enhanced care delivery and improve performance in value-based care initiatives.

Eventus CEO Brent King highlighted that the merger supports their initiative of enhancing communication and coordination within long-term care communities, setting a new standard for medical practices in this sector.

Matthew Thompson of Enhanced Healthcare Partners expressed support for this strategic expansion, emphasizing its alignment with Eventus's growth and development plans. Premier's operational leadership will also see continuity, with COO Holly Roy taking a significant role in clinical operations.
