Extension of the deadline for approval of 2024 accounts by Transition Evergreen
Transition Evergreen, listed in France on Euronext Paris, has announced the extension of the deadline for the approval of its 2024 annual accounts. This decision was authorized by the President of the Paris Economic Activities Court on October 15, 2025. It follows a request filed on October 9, 2025 due to exceptional circumstances mentioned in the 2024 Annual Financial Report.
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for November 21, 2025, according to a notice published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires. This meeting will be broadcast live, and the details will be communicated at a later date.
