Evolution of the share capital and voting rights of Mauna Kea Technologies
On October 4, 2024, Mauna Kea Technologies published an update regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.
As of September 30, 2024, the number of shares outstanding was 66,569,997. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 67,865,026, while the number of rights exercisable at the General Meeting was 67,795,598. This includes the issuance of 700,000 new shares under the PACEO financing line.
This information aims to ensure transparency for investors and the public, in accordance with the AMF recommendations of July 17, 2007.
