EXACOMPTA CLAIREFONTAINE 2025 half-year report: declining results
The EXACOMPTA CLAIREFONTAINE Board of Directors, chaired by François Nusse, approved the consolidated financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2025. Revenue decreased to €393,698 thousand, compared to €408,424 thousand a year earlier. Operating profit fell by €11,625 thousand, compared to €21,156 thousand in 2024.
In the paper sector, consumption fell by 8% in Europe, impacting the group's results. Conversion also saw a decline, despite a stabilization of turnover.
Financially, net debt was reduced to €91,111,000. Management changes were announced, with Guillaume Nusse and Frédéric Nusse taking over as Chairman and CEO, respectively.
