Exail Technologies selected for a European anti-mine project, with a grant of €10 million
Paris, June 12, 2024 – Exail Technologies, world leader in autonomous robotics, has been chosen to participate in the European E=MCM project, supported by the European Commission and the European Defense Fund. The project, led by Naval Group, aims to develop new solutions to combat maritime mines.
For this project, Exail will receive a grant of 10 million euros to develop innovative features in its next generation of drones, the Toolbox 2.0. This funding will finance studies, prototypes and tests of the UMIS drone system.
E=MCM will allow European navies to strengthen their mine clearance capabilities. The project, planned for three years starting in the last quarter of 2024, aims to provide new industrial prototypes.
Exail Technologies continues to strengthen its offering by integrating new capabilities for its civil and military customers.
