Executive Board Changes at mVISE AG
mVISE AG has announced changes to its Executive Board. Mr. Cedric Balzar will leave the Board and the company effective December 31, 2024. This departure coincides with the end of his contractual term. The Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, Franziska Oelte, expressed gratitude for Mr. Balzar's contributions and extended her best wishes for his future endeavors.
Starting January 1, 2025, the Management Board will be led solely by Mr. Ralf Thomas, who assumes the role of CEO. This change signals a streamlined leadership structure as the company enters the new year.
