Swiss telecom operator TalkTalk continues to see its customer base grow. The company now has over 100,000 postpaid customers. This expansion is fuelled by a strategy focused on optimising Mobilezone installations and improving customer services.
A redesign of the customer portal was implemented, incorporating market analysis and user feedback. This portal aims to improve the customer experience by offering a modern platform to manage its services autonomously.
TalkTalk customers can now check and pay their bills online, adjust their subscriptions and view their data usage. Offers such as the ALL IN mobile plan, with unlimited data in Switzerland and abroad, are also available.
