Faraday Copper Announces Annual General Meeting Voting Results

Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 13, 2024 / Faraday Copper Corp. ("Faraday" or the "Company") (TSX:FDY)(OTCQX:CPPKF) has announced that all eight nominee directors listed in the Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular dated May 15, 2024 were elected as directors of the Company at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") held virtually.

Other matters included the approval of the Company’s auditors. At the Meeting, 85,569,181 shares were voted, representing 48.46% of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares. Detailed results are filed on SEDAR+.

Directors, including Russell Ball and Paul Harbidge, received 99.99% of votes in favor. Katherine Arnold and Alan Wilson each received 99.48% of votes in favor. The auditors were approved with 99.48% of votes in favor.
