Faraday Copper Announces Expansion of Mineralization at Copper Creek's Area 51
Faraday Copper Corp., listed on both TSX and OTCQX under the symbols FDY and CPPKF respectively, recently reported significant findings from its ongoing Phase III drill project at the Copper Creek site in Arizona. The exploration, particularly at Area 51, revealed promising copper intersections, which suggests an expansion of the known near-surface mineralization.
Notable results include a drill hole at Area 51, identified as FCD-24-056, which intersected 42.05 meters grading 0.41% copper. The findings expanded the mineralization eastward and northward, indicating significant potential for further exploration and resource expansion. In addition to Area 51, other areas such as Keel West and Old Reliable showed new mineralization zones, reinforcing the site's overall prospectivity.
This strategic exploration campaign forms part of a broader effort to delineate and expand the Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE), which continues to show mineralization outside the existing resource boundaries and at depth. Such advancements are crucial for Faraday as the company focuses on establishing the Copper Creek project as a key copper resource in North America.
