Fashion Nova Acquires Premier Beverly Hills Office Campus for Global Headquarters
Fashion Nova, a leading fashion and lifestyle brand, announced the acquisition of a state-of-the-art office campus in Beverly Hills, CA. The 175,000-square-foot building was purchased by Founder & CEO Richard Saghian for $118 million in an all-cash transaction. This new global headquarters is situated at 407 North Maple Drive.
The four-floor campus features contemporary architecture, Zen-like gardens, and advanced amenities. Fashion Nova's new HQ will introduce two groundbreaking concepts: Nova Social Club and Nova Founders Lab. These spaces will support creators, influencers, and emerging brands in fashion, marketing, and technology.
The acquisition marks Saghian's third major real estate purchase in Los Angeles. Fashion Nova's sustainable new headquarters will be revealed in late 2024, showcasing the brand's commitment to creative and technological advancement.
