Favorable court decision for Crédit Agricole Sud Rhône Alpes
The regional bank of Crédit Agricole Mutuel Sud Rhône Alpes expressed its satisfaction following the decision rendered on June 27, 2024 by the Amiens Court of Appeal. The court rejected the requests of holders of cooperative investment certificates (CCI) seeking the redemption of their securities.
This decision confirms the judgment of the Amiens judicial court of April 21, 2021. The carriers had already seen their requests refused on that date. However, the current decision can still be appealed to the Court of Cassation.
