FDE buys back shares through its share buyback program
La Française de l'Énergie (Euronext: FDE - ISIN: FR0013030152), specializing in the production of energy with a negative carbon footprint, repurchased 3,751 of its shares from August 26 to 30, 2024. This transaction is part of the delegation of authority adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders in November 2023.
These transactions, carried out on the Euronext Paris market, allowed FDE to hold 3.57% of its capital. The buyout was financed by the company's available cash, without impacting its financial capacity. The group maintains its ambition for organic and external growth.
FDE's 2030 objectives aim for a turnover of 175 million euros and a gross operating surplus of 85 million euros, with a significant environmental impact by avoiding 20 million tonnes of CO2eq per year.
