Pontpierre, France, April 17, 2024 - The company La Française de l'Énergie (FDE) announced that it had acquired 22,894 additional shares, bringing its treasury shares to 2.26% of the capital. This operation, carried out as part of a buyback program initiated with authorization from the General Meeting of November 30, 2023, was entirely financed by the company's cash flow.

The transactions carried out on April 8 and 9, 2024 on the SGMU, SGMV, XPAR, GSEI, LISZ, TQEM and XPOS markets concern significant volumes at prices ranging from 33.83 to 34.25 euros per share. The resumption of the buyback program is scheduled for April 25, 2024. FDE reaffirms through this strategy its financial outlook, targeting an annual turnover of more than 100 million euros and an EBITDA of more than 50 million euros, while helping to reduce CO2 emissions.

This acquisition also contributes to preparing FDE for organic and external growth projects. The next financial report, regarding revenue for the third quarter of 2024, will be published on April 24, 2024.
