Fermentalg announces the availability of its Universal Registration Document
Libourne, April 30, 2024 - The company Fermentalg, a French benchmark in the microalgae sector and listed on Euronext Growth (ALGAE), has formalized the filing of its Universal Registration Document (URD) for the year 2023 with the Authority financial markets (AMF). The URD includes the financial and extra-financial annual reports for the past year.
The document is now accessible to the public, available free of charge at Fermentalg's head office as well as on its website and that of the AMF. This provision allows investors and the public to freely consult the company's performance and activities over the previous year.
Fermentalg also announced the publication date of its turnover for the first half of 2024, scheduled for July 4, 2024, after the close of markets.
