FERMENTALG: Details of shares and voting rights as of June 30, 2025

On July 7, 2025, Fermentalg announced the total number of shares and voting rights outstanding as of June 30, 2025. The share capital consists of 96,163,922 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights is 99,056,400, including treasury shares. As for exercisable voting rights, their number is 98,933,447, excluding treasury shares.

In accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations, Fermentalg has clarified that the total number of theoretical voting rights includes all shares, even those deprived of voting rights. This communication aims to inform shareholders and potential investors of the exact voting rights situation before the general meetings.
