Fermentalg: Information on the number of shares and voting rights

On April 28, 2025, Fermentalg published information regarding its share capital and voting rights in accordance with the relevant articles of the French Commercial Code and the AMF. As of March 31, 2025, the share capital consisted of 92,708,326 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights was 95,601,093, including treasury shares. The exercisable voting rights excluding the latter were 95,456,775.

Theoretical voting rights are determined on all shares, including those without voting rights. This complies with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations.
