FERMENTALG: Total number of voting rights and shares as of January 31, 2026

Fermentalg has released figures relating to the number of shares and voting rights as of January 31, 2026. The share capital consists of 96,213,213 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, amounts to 99,208,584. The number of exercisable voting rights, excluding treasury shares, is 99,064,945.
