New liquidity contract for Fermentalg with Portzamparc

On February 27, 2026, Fermentalg, a company specializing in biosolutions derived from aquatic microorganisms, transferred its liquidity contract to Portzamparc, a member of the BNP Paribas Group. This contract will begin on March 2, 2026, for an initial term of one year, renewable. It will comply with applicable regulations, including AMF Decision No. 2021-01.
