FERMENTALG: Information on voting rights and shares

Libourne, July 10, 2024 – The company Fermentalg has communicated the data relating to the total number of voting rights and shares in accordance with article L. 233-8 II of the commercial code and article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

As of June 30, 2024, the number of shares making up the share capital was 87,867,649. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, amounted to 90,758,846. The number of voting rights exercisable , excluding treasury shares, was 90,581,416.

According to article 223-11 of the AMF general regulations, the total number of theoretical voting rights is calculated on the basis of all shares having voting rights, even those deprived of this right. Fermentalg announces that its 2024 half-year results will be published on September 17, 2024, after the close of the markets.
