Fermentalg: Information on Voting Rights and Shares
On August 26, 2024, Fermentalg published information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares, in accordance with Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. As of July 31, 2024, Fermentalg has 88,545,676 shares making up its share capital.
The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, amounts to 91,437,768. As for the number of exercisable voting rights, it is 91,288,459, excluding treasury shares.
Fermentalg reminds that, according to article 223-11 of the AMF general regulations, theoretical voting rights are calculated on all shares carrying voting rights, including shares deprived of voting rights.
The company will announce its half-year results on September 17, 2024, after market close.
