FERMENTALG: Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares

Fermentalg has communicated the latest figures relating to its share capital and voting rights attached to its shares as of February 28, 2025. Fermentalg's share capital is composed of 92,502,076 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights is 95,391,170, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 95,251,680, excluding treasury shares.

This information is published in accordance with Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. The calculation of the total number of theoretical voting rights takes into account all shares with voting rights, including those without them.
