Unanimous approval at the Fill Up Media General Meeting
On June 4, 2025, Fill Up Media held its Combined General Meeting in Lyon. The company, the French leader in outdoor digital sound displays on fuel dispensers, saw all proposed resolutions approved by its shareholders.
The Board of Directors has renewed its mandates, including those of LAVOREL GROUPE SA and Messrs. Philippe Grillot, Jean-Thierry Catrice, and Jean-Christophe Berge. These mandates will run until the next general meeting to be held for the 2027 financial year.
