Final Terms of RATP's €50M Notes Due 2052
The Régie Autonome des Transports Parisiens (RATP) has announced the final terms for the issuance of €50 million in notes, with a fixed interest rate of 0.953% per annum, payable annually. The maturity date for these notes is set for May 24, 2052. The issue price is 100% of the aggregate nominal amount, and the notes will be listed and admitted for trading on Euronext Paris starting August 20, 2021.
These notes are intended for professional investors and eligible counterparties only and are restricted from sale to retail investors in both the European Economic Area ("EEA") and the United Kingdom ("UK"). This aligns with the regulations under EU MiFID II, EU PRIIPs, and their respective UK equivalents following Brexit. No key information document for retail investors has been prepared, making it unlawful to offer or sell these notes to them.
Barclays Bank Ireland PLC will act as the dealer for this non-syndicated issuance. The net proceeds from this issue will contribute to financing RATP's investment programme. The notes are expected to be rated AA by Fitch and Aa2 by Moody's. Both agencies are registered in the European Economic Area.
The notes will be in bearer dematerialised form and the ISIN code for this issuance is FR00140052W6. The estimated total expenses related to the admission to trading are €13,200, with the initial interest payment date commencing on May 24, 2022.
