Finalization of the acquisition of 42.06% of CLASQUIN by SAS
On October 9, 2024, Clasquin announced the completion of the acquisition of 42.06% of its capital by SAS Shipping Agencies Services Sàrl at a price of €142.03 per share. The price represents a premium of 13.17% compared to at the last closing price. This acquisition comes after obtaining the necessary regulatory authorizations.
SAS plans to file a public offer for the remaining Clasquin shares at the same price. The operation is supported by Clasquin's CEO and key members of management who contribute approximately 8.5% of the capital.
The Clasquin Board of Directors has acknowledged significant resignations and co-opted new members, including Nicolas Sartini as Chairman.
