Admission of Securities to the Official List by FCA

On February 16, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List. Key issuers include Santander UK Group Holdings plc, which offered two series of senior reset notes. The 2.956% Senior Reset Notes are due in 2030, and the 3.649% Senior Reset Notes are due in 2034. Both are represented by notes to bearer with denominations starting at EUR100,000.

The Bank of Nova Scotia is also listed with 4.34% Callable Senior Notes due in 2032, registered in USD200,000 denominations. These admissions allow the securities to be traded on the London Stock Exchange, a recognized investment platform.
