FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

On April 21, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List. These admissions enable the securities to be traded on recognized investment exchanges.

Notable issuers include Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, with preference share linked notes due in 2032. Corporacion Andina de Fomento issued 4.60% social bonds maturing in 2036. Meanwhile, Saltaire Finance plc offered 5.463% guaranteed secured bonds due 2041. Barclays Bank PLC and Investec PLC also have securities maturing in 2031 and 2032, respectively.

Nationwide Building Society introduced two sets of regulated covered bonds set to mature in 2030, under Regulation S and Rule 144A.
