FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
On May 11, 2026, at 08:00 GMT/BST, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List. The securities, from a range of issuers, include both debt-like instruments and equity shares.
The issuers involved include Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank with its Index Linked Interest and Redemption Securities due in 2034, and DenizBank A.S. issuing 5.00% Notes due in 2027. Further notable admissions are from Wise Group plc, introducing Class A Ordinary Shares, and HSBC Bank PLC with Market Access Warrants.
Additionally, Barclays Bank PLC, B.A.T. INTERNATIONAL FINANCE PLC, and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce have placed various debt securities on the list. These admissions mark a significant incorporation into the London Stock Exchange's trading activities.
