FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has officially added several securities to its Official List as of February 17, 2026. These include offerings from Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Santander UK PLC, Barclays Bank PLC, and Nationwide Building Society.

Credit Agricole issued Preference Share Linked Notes due in 2032, listed as debt and debt-like securities. Santander's offerings consist of 2.375% and 2.875% Covered Bonds due in 2030 and 2034, respectively, also under the same category.

Barclays Bank has several securitised derivatives due in 2030, 2031, and 2033. Nationwide Building Society issued Floating Rate Senior Preferred Notes due in 2031, classified as debt and debt-like securities.

All securities are admitted for trading, with designations indicating inclusion in various recognized exchanges such as the London Stock Exchange.
