FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

On November 11, 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several new securities to the Official List. Among the listed securities are Ferro-Alloy Resources Limited's Ordinary Shares, Invesco Physical Markets PLC's Secured Certificates tied to various precious metals, and iShares Physical Metals PLC's Exchange Traded Commodities (ETCs).

The list also includes offerings from CoinShares Digital Securities Limited and WisdomTree Issuer X Limited, notably featuring digital securities linked to Bitcoin and Ethereum. Moreover, HSBC Bank PLC and Barclays Bank PLC have issued new market access warrants and securitised derivatives.

Zenith Energy Ltd joins the listing with common shares, while 21Shares AG offers a Bitcoin Core Exchange Traded Product. These securities are now admitted to trading on recognized investment exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange.
