FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of various securities to the Official List as of November 19, 2025. This listing includes a wide range of companies and financial instruments. Among them, Blencowe Resources Plc has issued 1,666,666 ordinary shares and Aterian plc 114,000 shares, both classified under equity shares.

In the debt securities category, several prominent issuers have listed their securities. Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V. has introduced €200 million in floating rate notes. Invesco Physical Markets PLC has released 29,000 secured gold-linked certificates, while iShares Physical Metals plc features both silver and gold exchange-traded commodities (ETCs).

The list also includes significant listings of government and corporate bonds. The United Kingdom has issued £1.25 billion in treasury gilts, and SW (Finance) I PLC offers classes A21 and A22 of guaranteed bonds. Additionally, Antler Mortgage Funding 1 PLC has diverse mortgage-backed floating rate notes due in 2068.
