FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of new securities to the Official List as of March 10, 2026. The listings include securities from Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. and HSBC Bank PLC. These securities are linked to preference shares and ordinary shares, respectively, and are categorized as securitised derivatives.

Citigroup's notes, registered in denominations of GBP1.00, are set to mature by February 27, 2032. Meanwhile, HSBC's market access notes are registered in denominations of USD7.19 with maturity set for March 30, 2027. These securities will be traded on the London Stock Exchange, with possible additional trading on other recognized exchanges.
