FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List, effective from 12 February 2026. This listing includes significant issuers such as the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development, Barclays Bank PLC, and Lloyds Banking Group PLC.
The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development lists 14.50% Notes due in 2027, with denominations of NGN25,000,000. Barclays Bank PLC issues securities due in 2030, represented by bearer securities valued at GBP1,000 each. Lloyds Banking Group PLC offers Floating Rate Callable Notes and 3.750% Reset Callable Notes, both due in 2030 and 2037, respectively, with denominations starting at EUR100,000.
The listed securities will trade on the London Stock Exchange, a recognized exchange, with additional admissions possible on Aquis, Cboe Europe, and Shanghai-London Stock Connect.
