FCA Announces Admission of Securities to Official List
On November 6, 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) admitted multiple securities to the Official List. The list includes a variety of financial instruments from well-known issuers.
S4 Capital PLC has listed over 13 million ordinary shares worth GBP0.25 each, while CT Global Managed Portfolio Trust PLC introduced income and growth shares. Invesco Physical Markets PLC has launched gold and silver-linked certificates, highlighting the continuing interest in precious metals as an investment vehicle.
iShares and Graniteshares have expanded their presence with physical gold ETCs and a 3x long Facebook Daily ETP, respectively. Notably, Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. revealed Memory Coupon Barrier Autocall Notes linked to the FTSE 100 Index, adding to their securitized derivatives portfolio.
Additionally, major financial institutions, including Lloyds Bank and Natwest Markets, have issued new debt securities, offering various interest structures and terms.
