Financial Conduct Authority Admits New Securities to Official List
On November 7, 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of various securities to the Official List. The list includes both equity shares and debt-like securities from multiple issuers. Petra Diamonds Limited has listed 114,236,344 ordinary shares, while Invesco Physical Markets PLC and iShares Physical Metals plc offer secured and physical commodity-linked certificates, reflecting robust interest in precious metal securities. Additionally, capAI Plc now has 20,500,000 ordinary shares listed as a shell company.
Graniteshares Financial plc has introduced leveraged short and long ETP securities. Notably, WisdomTree has diversified listings, including Ethereum and Bitcoin digital securities. Mila Resources Plc presents a significant volume of ordinary shares, marking a transition phase in its equity offerings. Similarly, Barclays Bank PLC has listed several securitized derivatives due by 2030 and 2032.
