Financière Marjos 2023 Annual Results and Recovery Strategy

On May 7, 2024, the company Financière Marjos made public its results for the 2023 financial year marked by a slight loss of €15,423, after a profit of €42,748 the previous year. Without generated turnover and with negative equity of €815k, the company announces a capital increase to strengthen its financial structure.

The capital increase, subject to the approval of the Financial Markets Authority, includes a capital reduction to €50k and a fundraising for a total amount of €1 million, €750k being guaranteed by a group of shareholders. This operation will see the issue of shares with subscription warrants allowing a subscription period extended over 30 months. This decision follows the resolution adopted at the combined general meeting of February 2, 2024.
