FireFox Gold Completes Private Placement and Share Consolidation

FireFox Gold Corp, a Vancouver-based mining company, reported the closing of its second tranche of a non-brokered private placement, alongside the completion of a 10-for-1 share consolidation, effective August 15, 2025. The private placement raised $7 million through the issuance of 175 million units priced at $0.04 each, pre-consolidation. These units include one share and a warrant exercisable at $0.06 over three years.

Proceeds are earmarked for exploration at FireFox’s projects in Finland. Notable participants include Concept Capital Corp and Agnico Eagle Mines, marking the placement as a "related party transaction." New investors subscribed for 78% of the offering. Following the share consolidation, FireFox's shares trade at $0.55 on TSXV.
