FireFox Gold Corp Announces $5 Million Financing and Share Consolidation

On July 15, 2025, FireFox Gold Corp revealed plans to raise $5 million through a non-brokered private placement. This move is supported by new and existing investors, including John Robins and Concept Capital Management Ltd. Alongside the financing, a 10-for-1 share consolidation will occur, equally affecting all shareholders. The consolidation is part of a strategy to optimize the company's share capital.

This initiative comes as FireFox focuses on expanding its Mustajärvi and Sarvi projects, both located in Finland's competitive Lapland gold province. Recent successes at the Mustajärvi site, including high-grade gold discoveries, have increased interest internationally. The raised funds will support a robust drilling program, with operations set to commence shortly after the financing's closure in August 2025.

The financing involves up to 125 million units, each comprising one common share and a purchase warrant, priced at C$0.04 per unit. Completion depends on receiving regulatory approvals, including from the TSX Venture Exchange.
