Management Board Change at First Sensor AG
On November 3, 2025, Thibault Kassir resigned from his roles as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Sensors Business Unit at TE Connectivity plc, as well as his position on the Management Board of First Sensor AG. Following this change, the Supervisory Board of First Sensor AG is planning to decide soon whether to appoint a new board member alongside current members Robin Maly and Dirk Schäfer.
First Sensor AG, part of TE Connectivity since its inception as a tech startup in the 1990s, develops both standard and customized sensor solutions for industrial and medical use. It is publicly listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
