Five Star Holding Announces Senior Hires for Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain

Five Star Holding, based in Houston, Texas, has announced two significant additions to their management team as part of their continued growth in sustainable packaging products. Kurt Weber has been appointed as Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development, while Tony Matthews joins as Vice President of Supply Chain.

Kurt Weber will lead the sales team, focusing on the expansion of Five Star's sustainability products. He has over 28 years of experience, having previously served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery and held senior sales roles at Boston Beer Company.

Tony Matthews will oversee all Supply Chain functions, emphasizing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). He brings over a decade of experience from CDI Energy Products, where he most recently served as Senior Manager of Planning.

CEO Alex Huis in 't Veld expressed excitement over the new hires, highlighting their importance as the company enters a new phase of growth centered on circular integration.
