FlatexDEGIRO AG Receives Supplementary Agenda Request for 2024 AGM

flatexDEGIRO AG announced a supplementary request for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 4, 2024, from major shareholder GfBk Gesellschaft für Börsenkommunikation mbH. The request was submitted by GfBk's Managing Director, Bernd Förtsch, who aims to adjust the meeting's agenda. GfBk holds 13.08% of the company shares, with Förtsch personally owning additional shares.

The supplementary agenda includes proposals for significant changes in the company's Supervisory Board. Specifically, it suggests the dismissal of the current Chairman, Martin Korbmacher, and the election of Axel Hörger as a new member, contingent on Korbmacher's dismissal. Additionally, following the resignation of Herbert Seuling for personal reasons, GfBk proposes Förtsch to fill the resultant vacancy on the board.

The board changes are proposed to be effective from the end of the AGM, subject to shareholder approval. The Management Board of flatexDEGIRO is set to publish these proposed resolutions in the Federal Gazette as part of the supplementary request process.
