Fnac Darty launches a purchase offer on Unieuro
On November 29, 2024, Fnac Darty SA and RUBY Equity Investment announced a voluntary mixed public tender offer for the ordinary shares of Unieuro SpA. This offer, governed by Italian law, concerns all Unieuro shares not yet held by the offerors. HoldCo, a subsidiary of Fnac Darty, recently acquired 3,957 shares at an average price of €11.66 per share. Following this acquisition, the offerors hold approximately 92.13% of the share capital of Unieuro.
The recent transactions took place on various European markets, including Euronext Milan. The price of the Unieuro shares acquired by HoldCo did not exceed €11.67208, which was lower than the consideration initially proposed in the tender offer. Fnac Darty and its partners are engaged in a regulatory compliance procedure in Italy.
