Focus Graphite Completes Initial Phase of Private Placement
Focus Graphite Inc. has announced the closure of the first part of its non-brokered private placement, aiming for gross proceeds of $500,000. The company has issued 4,650,000 units at $0.10 each. Each unit comprises one common share and one warrant, allowing the holder to purchase an additional share at $0.20 within 36 months.
The shares and warrants are subject to a holding period until June 29, 2025. Funds from this private placement will support ongoing operations and strategic advancements in battery technology and advanced materials.
Additionally, Focus Graphite canceled 2,950,000 options priced at $1.20, initially granted to directors, officers, and consultants in 2021.
