Focus Graphite Inc. announced the completion of its non-brokered private placement, raising a total of $515,000. The offering, previously stated, closed on March 7, 2025, following a second tranche that generated $50,000 through the issuance of 500,000 units at $0.10 each. Each unit includes one common share and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant, enabling the holder to purchase an additional share at $0.20 within 36 months.

With conditional TSX-V approval, the proceeds will support ongoing operations, including advancing battery technology and developing advanced materials. The securities will be subject to a hold until July 8, 2025. This move aligns with Focus Graphite's strategy to ensure sustainable critical minerals supply.
