Focus Graphite Updates Private Placement Terms and Extends Closing Date

Focus Graphite Inc. has announced amendments to its non-brokered private placement offering. The offering, initially set to close soon, is now extended until February 21, 2025, pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The company plans to offer up to 5,000,000 units at $0.10 per unit, with each unit comprising one common share and one non-transferable warrant. These warrants allow the purchase of a share at $0.20 within 36 months.

Proceeds from this offering will support development activities at Focus Graphite’s Lac Knife and Tétépisca Projects in Quebec and serve general corporate purposes. Regulatory approval is required for the offering’s completion. Moreover, the company plans to pay a finder's fee and issue finders' warrants for eligible partners introducing new subscribers.
