PULLUP Entertainment General Meeting Resolutions Adopted
On September 25, 2025, PULLUP Entertainment held its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting in Paris, chaired by Fabrice Larue, CEO. A quorum of 72.09% was reached, with 5,687,715 shares represented out of 7,889,927 voting shares. All resolutions, including the approval of the statutory and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, were adopted. Voting details are available on their website.
The company expressed its gratitude to shareholders for their loyalty. The next milestone for the company will be the announcement of revenue for the second quarter of the 2025/26 financial year, scheduled for October 15, 2025.
