FONCIERE EURIS announces the restructuring of Casino and the liquidation of the holding entities
On March 28, 2024, the entities Rallye, Foncière Euris, Finatis and Euris announced the finalization of the financial restructuring of the Casino group, effective since March 27, 2024. This operation led Rallye to hold only 0.1% of the capital of Casino , thus losing his control over society.
Following this restructuring, the four companies requested the end of their safeguard plan and the initiation of judicial liquidation proceedings. Consequently, the listing of shares and other financial instruments issued by these entities will be suspended with effect from the opening of the liquidation procedure. It is planned that these instruments will be withdrawn from listing as part of this procedure, without considering a resumption of listing.
