Forte Minerals Announces $1.5 Million Private Placement Offering

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 5, 2024 / Forte Minerals Corp. ("Forte" or the "Company") (CSE:CUAU)(OTQB:FOMNF)(Frankfurt:2OA) intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 7,500,000 units at CAD $0.20 per unit, for gross proceeds up to CAD $1,500,000.

Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of a warrant. Each whole warrant permits the purchase of an additional common share at CAD $0.30 per share for two years post-closing.

Proceeds will fund a 1,200 m drill program at the Pucarini gold prospect and further geophysical surveys and exploration at Esperanza and Alto Ruri. A portion of the funds will support general working capital.

Eligible investment advisors may receive a 6% finders' fee in cash and warrants. The financing is expected to conclude by June 30, 2024.
