Fox E-mobility AG Announces Resignation from Supervisory Board
Dusseldorf, April 16, 2024 - Fox E-mobility AG has reported the resignation of Mr. Andreas Kratzer from the Supervisory Board. Appointed by court decree on September 30, 2022, Kratzer served as the Chairman of the Board from October 17, 2022, until December 18, 2023. Despite his departure, the Supervisory Board still maintains a quorum, ensuring continued operational governance.
