Française de l'Énergie strengthens its governance with the arrival of Sophie Elkrief
La Française de l'Énergie (FDE) announced the appointment of Sophie Elkrief to its Board of Directors as an independent director. This decision is part of FDE's commitment to improving its governance standards. Sophie Elkrief will also serve on the Accounts and Audit Committee and the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
With over 25 years of experience in financial markets and asset management, Elkrief brings valuable expertise in energy transition and ESG investing. His international experience, particularly in New York and London, will strengthen FDE's growth strategy.
This appointment is also expected to improve FDE's relationships with investors and access to international markets. The company continues to position itself as a leader in the energy transition in Europe.
